ckeditor 3 compatibility in regard to fckeditor ?

I was wondering about something :

I know the ckeditor will bring a big number of changes .
But will it still be compatible with the fckeditor 2.6.3 ? ( in regard to custom configurations , plugins etc ).

CKEditor will be a strong major change to our code base. It will be a completely new thing, hardly compatible with previous stuff. Hopefully we'll have migration documented well to make porting easy.
