Works fine here. Latest CKEditor. 100% not destroyed on submit.
Check the software which is dealing with your form's submitted data.
This is not a CKEditor problem.

Problem solved, I encode the textarea content with the escape function:

var editor_data = escape(CKEDITOR.instances.editor.getData());

the ajax post is now working, so you were right (no ckeditor problem)
