No.
CKEditor doesn't generate that. It's your server that it's automatically escaping the quotes.

can it be that the database is actually generating those extra \ ?
It actually saves data in the database like that.

the only thing I could do to fix it is to use stripslashes but still doesn't fix the error in the database :-/

check for magic_quotes in your PHP configuration.
