br tag remove * will pay*

The ckeditor keeps adding a <br> tag everytime i submit the form. This is very annoying. Does anyone know how to fix this??

i would even consider paying someone paypal to figure out why... please help

My workaround with php was:

$html =str_replace("<br />
</body></html>", "</body></html>", $html);
