Where did "DocProps" go?

Hi,

I'm currently switching from FCK to CK, using the "fullPage" mode. In FCK, there was a "DocProps" toolbar button, allowing to set some basic document properties, especially the contents of the title tag.
How can my users do that in CK? I haven't found any way so far... (am I blind?)
