Want to keep CKEditor files in different location

Hi,

I don't want to keep all CKEditor files i.e. js and css files in the ckeditor folder under root -- as the instructions suggest.

I moved these files to a different location and updated the src in script tags but it didn't work. I'm sure breaking some references. What do I need to update if I want to keep CKEditor files in a different location in my website?
