WYS is NOT WYG

OK, Maybe I am missing a script that needs to be wrapped around my output, but 90% of the time, my output looks nothing like what I or my clients design in CKEditor. Can someone please tell me what I am missing?

When I create content and submit it, the content displays completely different (different formatting etc...)
