Using CKEditor with E-mail Marketing

I am trying to use CKEditor to build emails to send to customers. I would like to link to images and files but when I use the file browser, it uses the absolute path of the image. Because these are emails, I need to be able to add the complete domain name. Is there a way for this to occur automatically when I select a file without me having to add that to each link manually?
