I've tried dataProcessor for fixing this problem, however, it doesn't work.

1. By using <p contentediable="false" unselectable="on"> for lock text
2. at the end of the lock text line, press enter,
3. totally two lines are created rather than one line
4. view source code, one more <p> </p> is added.
So the code will like this:

This issue seems to be working fine in latest CKEditor 3.6.2
