Unable to find an image manipulation component... ???

Hello,

I have just moved my website to another server and i am receiving this error message.
Unable to find an image manipulation component

I have done some searches but could not find an answer the worked...
I have run the wizard ont he ckfinder directory and i get this back:
There are no Session variables set at the server.

Does anyone know what is happening? can someone please point me into the direction on how to fix this please?

Is there a third party application that needs to be installed on the server or something?
