Toolbar missing

Hello,

I am trying to integrate the editor with asp.net, I've followed the installation instructions, but I do not have a toolbar of any kind at all. Am I doing something wrong?

in FF error console i get the following error:

Error: CKEDITOR is not defined

at this line:

CKEDITOR.replace( 'editor1' );
