Toolbar buttons deprecated?

Is there any way to figure out what toolbar buttons are no longer available in CKEditor but where there in FCKEditor (if any)? I have someone asking where the Notes and Code buttons got to.

We've already feature completed with FCK2.x, which means almost all functionalities (toolbar buttons) that could be found in old version present in also the new version, check here for details.
