Text moves outside of table cell when save button clicked

While working with a table, I noticed that when I paste text into an empty cell the text appears above the table when I click the save button. This appears to occur in Chrome 11 on a Mac. I have OS version 10.6.7 installed. Several of our customers have reported this same problem. I'm not sure if it's just related to tables but I've only been able to replicate it with tables. Customers have said they've been able to replicate it using Firefox as well. When I check the source, the only thing I noticed is the following tag: <invalidtag charset="utf-8">. The tag appears before each text that I tried to paste into one of the cells.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, is there a solution? This appears to occur in every tool that we have ckeditor as our rich text editor. I've uploaded some screenshots.

I had the same problem while using Firefox, but the problem disappeared when I installed the software in my new computer using internet explorer.
