Tables effort

I think it would be interesting to make an effort to configure and work a bit more with tables.

For instance, I think that it could be interesting to make tables layout configurable to fixed or auto.

In addition, I think that it is interesting to specify the col and colgroup tags on theader. I have installed and tested the "dragresizetable" plugin and I think that if it was possible, there is wouldn't be much difficult to develop the header.

This suggestion would be very useful for those people that is converting fck output to fop (or anything that doesn't support auto table layout).
