Tables and styles...

Hi, I just finished integrating the border-style, border-width, border-color and background-color in to the Tables styles.

It is pretty easy, but asks some coding.

I think it is a good idea to add those extra options to the public. And I am willing to help making this happen. So guys of the dev team, if you are looking for someone inspired, than I would like to put my candidate...
