Table background color and borders

Hello,
Is there any way to set background color and borders without writing html?
I tried to find plugin or something else but I only found plugin with background image.
I saw al lot of questions about it but no answer.
Can you help me how to do it?

The feature already exists. Make a table > right-click it > select Cell > Cell Properties. You will get a menu with background and border color options.

No its not exist

Hi,
He ask to use border and background color for the table and not for the table cell.
The only way to do it at this time is to use CSS by getting into the advance editing
in the table properties and add "border: 1px solid orange;background-color:yellow;" in the style.

I am waiting for a feature to add it on the table like in the cell properties to.

What's the problem to select

What's the problem to select all cells and then change bg color using right-click > select Cell > Cell Properties?

There is 2 problems doing this

It can work for the background color but the source code will make background color for every cell and its not good as making one background color on the table only (and its stupid to select all the cells when i like to make background color every time)
The "Border Color" is act diferantly, when making border only on the table its bording only the table and not the cells and when making border on all the cells it will make border for every cell.
