Following on from this : CKEditor Plugin: Rich source editing mode thread, I managed to get the code to work by modifying it.

Includes full instructions, demonstration, easy to interpret syntax highlighted source code and valid HTML 5 documentation.
The demo also shows a pretty good way to implement CKEditor in your next project too.
There is no support available for this plugin, however any kind of feedback is always welcome.
