I just noticed three of your threads were in the CKFinder section and your questions are related to CKEditor. I moved them. Also, the forum is a medium for the community to exchange information. We occasionally give support in the forums but our focus in on assisting licensed users via email. Unfortunately users usually come visit our forums when they have a problem and they rarely give anything back to the community. Most will ignore the other empty threads below them and wait for their answer, even though they might be able to assist others.
