For the last couple weeks I have been researching the CKEditor as a replacement for Telerik Editor. It has been difficult, mostly because of poor documentation, lack of good examples, and difficulty getting support. If I am successful with this conversion, we will be looking at buying a commercial licence. Questions:
1. Are there other means of getting support? I have yet to receive any comments of the first question I posted: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=25433 I'm I doing something wrong in the way I am requesting support? Is it just a roll of the dice in the support forum or is there some sort of formal support?
2. With a paid subscription, are there additional support options?

Re: Support on Support
And to answer your second question, all Closed Distribution Licenses of CKEditor (as well as all CKFinder licenses) come with one year of e-mail support from the original development team. You will get your private support token and will be able to use the dedicated customer support channel.
