Are there any limitations on using the spell checker on a CKEditor that has a paid OEM license? Is it permissible then to use the spell checker in a commercial web app/site?
Does buying a CKEditor OEM license mean effectively mean that the buyer would also get to use the integrated spell checker?

Re: Spell checker lisencing?
SpellCheckAsYouType (SCAYT) and WebSpellChecker (WSC) is integrated in CKEditor but represents a separate product. A CKEditor OEM license doesn't mean you also get a the SCAYT license, in that you can't modify the spellchecker or host the dictionary on your server, but you can use it without any worries along with CKEditor. You can contact the www.WebSpellChecker.net team regarding all spell-check functionality questions.
