Some toolbar buttons not working

Hi all,

Strangely, even if I enable the 'Full' toolbar, some of the buttons, like, link, unlink, anchor don't seem to display. Have they been disabled somewhere else? If yes, where am I supposed to get those settings?

some buttons are enabled only if it makes sense. For example Undo in not active until you do anything in the editor. Unlink is inactive if you didn't select a link and so on.

Hi,
I have the same problem but with another buttons: 'Style', 'FontFormat', 'FontName', 'FontSize'.
Only 'FontSize' appears, other tree does not. I am using PHP method of editor call, what can be problem is?
