A client of mine is using Vista and has found that the editor comes up with the whole tool bar and the when the page finishes loading the tool bar condenses down horizontally so that it's unreadable.
This has only happened with this one client and it happens in Firefox and IE 8. On another machine, he's able to view the editor properly. It only seems to be happening on this Vista machine.
I had the client shut off his Windows firewall, but it still did it.
I've attached a screencap of the editor.
I've upgraded to the latest version of CKEditor just last night and it did not resolve the issue.
