Shortcut for Image Uploader Dialog

Hi there,

I am using the default image uploader provided by ckeditor ruby gem. Some of my users are facing difficulties to find how they can upload images. My intention is to adress this question creating a new custom button on toolbar that allow users to access the file upload dialog directly without being necessary to click on "upload tab" before.

Does anyone can help me? I googled it all day long without success! I don't have any ideia yet.
