Running CFEditor 3 with FCKEditor 2 on Same Server

Hi,
Ran into an unusual problem. I have an instance of CKE 3 and FCKE 2 installed on the same server (IIS6), in different directories. I call these on different websites, and never within the same page. My intent is to gradually migrate over to CKE 3 (but I have a number of sites with FCKE 2).

Problem is, now neither instance runs, on any of my sites. All I get is a text area field (for both).
Anyone else have this problem? How can it be fixed?
