Running Automated Tests

I am trying to get the CKEditor automated tests running so that I can add additional tests for the customizations that we have made, but I am not having any success. I am currently trying to get them running on the base installation with no modifications. I followed the directions at:

I have a t local server running pointing to the CKEditor/tests repository in SVN. But the tests do not want to run.

If anyone could offer some advice that would be greatly appreciated.
