Right click event handler

Does anyone know if or how the right click event handler for CKEditor can be disabled. What I would like to do is to enable the firefox spell checker to work fully, including selecting suggestions from the native spell checker. In my application, everything that might use the right click in CKEditor is disabled, so enabling firefox spell checking would be very convenient for us.
