I said your server because I don't know anything about that server, you're the one that is hosted there, so if there's a problem with the configuration you're the one that might have some control panel, support line, whatever, ... to fix it
You can read the contents of that .htaccess file, it's mean to adjust some settings that are wrong in some servers, so if you don't need them then you can safely take it away. (note also that the .htaccess is meant for Apache servers, and the message stated IIS, so I think that some software was reading it incorrectly)

There was an htaccess file in the ckeditor folder - deleted that and now it works.
Actually, it was included in the zip file download. Should it really be included?
