Problem with image URL

In the editor I am using a link to reference an image. When I use the image icon, everthing looks fine in the editor.

Then when I go to the output page, the image is broken, and when I check the URL of the image, this is what I get:

http://www.mysite.com/%22http://www.mys ... 70.gif/%22

I have upgraded to the latest version as of 12/2/11

Might be worth checking your baseURL, and making sure that you've not hard-coded any links in there - I had a similar problem a long time ago, but without seeing your code, I'm not sure I can help!
