[Plugin] New Universal Keyboard

This is my first post on ckeditor forum so hello

I just want to share my custom plugin for universal keyboard.I found that you guys dropped yours due to license issue.

I needed to create one so I just want to share it with everyone. I made use of Virtual Keyboard from http://www.greywyvern.com/code/javascript/keyboard. I myself am not very good with licenses but whatever license allows everyone to do anything with the code, then that is what it will be.

just extract everything under plugin directory

tar xjf virtualkey.tar.bz2
