Plugin Creation Guide?

Hello,

Has anyone written, or know of a plugin creation guide for CKEditor 3?

I've recently moved over from tinymce, and want to update my plugins. They need to open a dialogue box that loads a php page. This will then return some text to the editing window like the table/image/link etc dialogues currently do. Any advice or help would be appreciated.
