Paste dialog control not working propely

right now i am using the CKEditor 3.6.3 version , i had integrate it with jsp page.

right now i am facing the following two issue with ck-editor.

Case :1 When My jsp Page is load first time and then First time opening jquery UI dialog with ck-editor text-area content.
Ck-editor text-area is load properly , at that time when i right click in ck-text-area paste option is display as well as paste dialog control also open properly ,but when i right click in that opened "paste dialog control text-area" paste option not coming , after many try it will open.

Case :2 Second or subsequent opening of jquery UI dialog with ck-editor content
at that time , when right click in the ck-editor text-area ,"Paste" button will not coming .

Above issue is not occurs at where CKEditor 3.6.3 opening in full jsp page instead of in the j-query UI dialog control.

Please let me know someone on my analysis of issue, if i am not right then give me the right analysis with solutions.

Let me know if anybody have idea, is it CKEditor 3.6.3 integrated issue with j-query dialog ? please provide me the proper guidance of my issue solution.
