Page scrolls to active editor when I scroll to top of page

I have this issue in IE6, our target browser.

There are 3 editors on this page. When I click into one of them to enter text and then scroll to the top of the page, the page will sometimes automatically scroll to the editor that is active.

This issue existed in 3.0.1 and I still am experiencing it in 3.0.2

Any ideas? Anyone else experiencing this? Please let me know if you need me to clarify further.
