Page, Table and Horizontal Rule Backgrounds

Any chance of including a Table Properties option like the attached screenshot?

I sincerely appreciate the good work you have all done on this product. I've used it for several years as an embedded editor for more than 130 clubs. More than 300 of my users participate in editing their club pages using FCKeditor, but they do not have access to the code to make css modifications. They want, however, to create their web pages having unique background colors or images. They do not have access to the CSS code. css is not a panacea when coding an editor.

Page and table background colors and images should be made as easy as changing the font colors and background. This is currently done using an earlier version of FCKeditor. Can someone please assist me in re-establishing this capability?

The same is applicable to the Horizontal Rule. My earlier FCKeditor allowed users to add a Horizontal Rule, modify it using the handles, then setting the color using the font color tool.

It would be sincerely appreciated if this talented group could include this feature in the editor.
