Opera 10: extra\nested <P>

In Opera 10 CK editor occasionally adds paragraphs. Sometimes inside empty paragraph.
Load http://ckeditor.com/demo then click "Show blocks" - look at extra P in the beginning of text.
Try to move cursor to the left with keyboard - here you have more P's
