Linktonode Button not visible

I have Installed the ckeditor Module and Ckeditor 3.1 on Drupal 6.16 plus the CKFinder everything works fine apart from the Drupal button Drupal-Brak, Linktonode and linktomenu. The buttons are configured in the Toolbar Configuration ( ['Link','Unlink','Anchor','LinkToNode', 'LinkToMenu'],) but they do not show up in the Editor. The Drupalbreak button is visible but not working.

On the CKEditor Demo site all is working fine so it must be some kind of configuration problem, can anyone help?

Did you ever figure this one out? I've never seen the 'linktonode' and 'linktomenu' (or IMCE) buttons ever...

I also am having the same problem, do not see link to node even when drupalfull toolbar is selected.
