"Link" or "Paste as Plain Text" dialog are not responsive

"Link" or "Paste as Plain Text" dialog are not responsive if CKEditor is placed inside jQuery UI dialog.
When trying to type URL in "Link" dialog or CTRL-V in "Paste as Plain Text" dialog, it just doesn't respond to any of inputs.

Do you just need an example code or do you need a actual working web page?

By the way, is there a way to use a custom built Link dialog instead of the one provided by CKEditor?
