Link and Anchor buttons not working

I am using ckeditor with PHP page. Everything else is seems okay except the link and anchor button. On clicking these icons page dims but no dialogue box is appearing. My host is 1&1 and I have dedicated server. Any help on this will be highly appreciated.

I'm experiencing the same problem after upgrading to 3.6.2 using PHP. It's only happening when the user is using various versions of Firefox on Windows 7 - it appears, it doesn't happen in IE. Versions of Firefox range from 4 - 9. I would appreciate any help.

Hi guys,
this is working correctly on our demo page running the latest CKEditor version, so apparently there must be something wrong in your configuration/ specific server settings that is blocking the Link/ Anchor features. Can you try to see whether the samples that are located in the _samples folder of your CKEditor installation work correctly? Do your websites work when placed on a local server?
