Installed in Sub Directory - not off root

Our website will not allow for this to be installed directly off of the root. so I have it in a folder /content/js/ckeditor

I cannot find anything on how to get it working - I include the js, but no editor will appear no matter what I do. I have changed the baseHref to /content/js/ckeditor, the skin and the theme are also set via config. but to no avail.

Anyone have any thoughts, is there a link or sample for installing to a directory other than root?
