I am having an installation problem with Spellcheck and SCAYT. I downloaded the free zip file, extracted it, and copied the ckeditor folder into Expression Web 4. I wrote a test program that otherwise works successfully where the spell check dialog box launches but nothing appears inside it. If I wait long enough, the following message appears (in red inside the dialog box):
Sorry, but service is unavailable now.
Furthermore, SCAYT cannot be enabled using the button or through configuration.
This all also happens when I simply launch one of the samples without any changes whatsoever. The RTE launches and works, so I know that the EW4 ref's are working.
Further, IE9 seems to hiccup when launching. Sometimes yes, sometimes no. This may be related. If so, fine. If not, I'll worry about it when I get the spell check problem resolved.

Re: Installation Issue, Spell Check Not Working
Also, please note that I did not include any code samples because the problem occurs not only in my test programs but also in the out-of-the-box samples. For example, if in EW I open the sample called "api.html" and then simply launch it, the problem occurs.
Re: Installation Issue, Spell Check Not Working
In Site-->Site Settings...-->Preview tab, I changed the setting for "Use Microsoft Expression Development Server:" (which is checked) to "For all web pages". It now calls the hosted service no problem.
Sorry for the alarm, and thank you to any who thought about the problem for me. Perhaps this can help some other EW users.
