Image button broken, firebug error inside...

I downloaded the latest version of ckeditor and uploaded to my site. Several buttons on the toolbar do not work correctly in Firefox 4, Firefox 3.6, Internet Explorer 8, and IE 9.

CKEDITOR.tools.getNextId is not a function

The same files I uploaded to the server work fine on my local system. It turns out this was a caching issue.

Consider changing your website's caching policy, otherwise your users may face the same problem...
