Image Drag, randome paragraph tags

You can see this issue on the demo page for CKEditor. Drag the image of Little Red Riding Hood to somewhere else in the editor. Then do it again. Note that at each previous drop locations, Little Red has left behind an empty paragraph tag.

Is this a known issue? Is there a workaround/fix?
