IE8 ckeditor no aligned correctly

I am sure some of you have noticed that ckeditor does not align properly in IE8. There is a small light blue bar at the top of the text area, and seems like the text area is shifted down. any idea how to fix this? thanks!

That's probably some problem related to your CSS that it's influencing the layout of the editor.
