Hyperlink to pages in database

I'm wondering if there is any plugin or way to have the ability to allow users to link to pages that are on their site through the hyperlink tool. We use a content management system with KTML tools, and each user logs in and then when they're creating/editing pages, they can go to the hyperlink tool and click a little dropdown arrow next to it and it lists all of the pages on their specific site (pulled from the database) and they can click one and a hyperlink will be inserted to that page on their site. Is there any function in CKEditor that has this function?
