How do you change the skin?

I tried:

config.skins = 'office2003';

In config.js, but it does not work.

What is the correct syntax?

I took the 's' off skins. However office2003 doesn't look a heck of a lot different, other than the drop downs!

Well, it's basically just a different look; The toolbar buttons themselves are the same despite them being provided by the skin. Everything's blue, it's got the fake grippies (which kind of annoy me, I kept getting the request to make the toolbar sections movable, so I edited the image!) and the toolbar rows are thinner (no padding between).
