How to direct open the file browse window?

   1: add a button at bar
    2:when clicked the bar,direct open the file browse window
   3:selected the image that you want to insert,then clicked 'OK' button of the browse window,
   4:get the return value,the image local path,and upload the image behind the scenes,after upload,then return the URL;
