Hi
I am new in php, I download CKEditor and downloaded in my demo site, CKEditor is working fine for me no issue, I noticed CKFinder is not working so I downloaded the CKFinder from site, now how should I enable the CKFinder feature to my editor, do I need to buy a lience for both CKEditor and CKFinder?
If not than please guide me how should I enable CKFinder.
Thank You!

Re: How to configure CKFinder with CKEditor
I am having the same issue here on my demo-site: When I open an article in content (Joomla 1.6) and try to insert an inage, I have no ckfinder-button, where I can browse the pictures, any help would be very much appreciated.
I have the latest versions installed.
kind regards
Thomas
Re: How to configure CKFinder with CKEditor
Hi,
have you installed ours extension to joomla from http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/edition/editors/12821? If yes, go to component configuration (ckeditor in compnents menu) and turn on file browser and set user group permissions to it. This should solve your problems.
CKFinder should work in demo mode without license. Please download ckfinder (to yours server document directory) , go to _samples folder into it and open ckeditor.html in browser and in notepad (or other favoured editor). You should find something like that
. Please load ckeditor and set path to it for ckfinder and everything should be ok.
