How to change a toolbar icon

Hi everyone!

Is there a way to change the icon used by a standard toolbar button? I'd like to change the "flash" icon in particular.

So if I want to be "upgrade-friendly" I should create my own theme by cloning the current one, if I understand correctly... Thanks!

Well, actually I think it doesn't really matter if you create a new skin or change existing one, the amount of upgrade work should be identical in both cases..

You have to maintain a list of your custom changes and when you want to upgrade CKEditor, apply these changes to the new version of the original skin.
