How to change bg color and on hover color

Hello i'm new to the CKEditor so i could use some help please.

I have made some text links but they are the same color on hover, so i want the links to be another color on mouse hover?

The text i use is white so i can see the text as it is. So how do i change the bg color to ex, black?
