How to change CKEditors lightbox?

If you are refering to the dialog windows that pops up when clicking insert link/image etc, then I'm afraid it's not that simple. The dialogs are quite complex in their structure, and replacing them with any of the solutions you mention would require quite a lot of work.
By the way - what's wrong with them?
