How to avoid the flash just beofre a textarea is converted?

Hi, I'm using the automatic conversion via class name functionality and my pages show the text area for an instant and then re-size it to accommodate a full editor. This makes the page load look very jerky and can move content around while the user is trying to read it.

Is there a way to prevent this momentary flash from happening?
