Help customizing CKEditor

Hello,

to begin i will like to thank you all for this great web tool.. it's fantastic!

but i am now trying to make a customized toolbar version of it because the full CKEditor has too many tools which i don't need and at the same time the basic one doesn't have nearly nothing..

can anyone give me some hints on how to customize the toolbar? i was trying to obtain something like the attachment jpg..

any help will be appreciated!
